Two years ago, I inherited my late mother's sewing machine, thinking I may use it on the odd occasion to mend my kids' clothing.  I never in a million years imagined I would be designing and creating clothing for my kids and friends' kids and then selling them!  But I am now addicted and some days the food shopping and cleaning just has to wait while I coccon up in my sewing room and am absorbed in my metres of beautiful fabric and ribbons.

I live in Khandallah, Wellington with my husband, Simon, and our 3 gorgeous children, Ben (9), Sam (7) and Annabel (5).

We also run a Bed & Breakfast at our house, The Loft in Wellington.  This also keeps me busy, and gives us the chance to meet lots of great guests from within NZ and from all around the world.
